Google Shared Drives drive doesn't appear in Boxcryptor Drive X: (Win 10)

have successfully linked my google account in Boxcryptor Drive (it says it's linked anyway). However the google shared drive doesn't appear as a folder option in my Boxcryptor Drive ![X.]
Help please!

Hi, double check that you're using the "Drive File Stream" app rather than the ordinary Sync app. Had the same issue. https://support.google.com/a/answer/7491144?hl=en
