Hello all,
I emailed the staff saying that that new app would not pick up the QR Code. They said there was a code further down the page which I could use in place of the QR code.
I successfully added 'Authy' to the list of services which require 2FA.
I tested the new app and it gave me full access to the service.
I then deleted my old Google Autheticator entry.
Now, I cannot access my information with the code. This is a serious issue and I tested it before. Now, suddenly it will not accept the OTP?
Please help me if you can.
