Can not sign in on iOS when 2FA turned and choosing security key

I have 2FA turned on for logging into Boxcryptor. Now I can't log into account on my iPhone. I get to the screen to select which authentication I want to use, I tap Security Key and put my security in the NFC area and nothing happens and after a couple of tries it takes me back to the login screen to start over. I was able to login with the other authentication method just would like to have both methods working

Security keys are not yet supported on the mobile platform, only TOTP is supported at the moment.
