Wondering if there are plans to add this feature (or if it exists already and I missed it). At the moment, having desktop-only encryption & decryption presents a significant problem for times when I am away from home.

Octavian Maybe I didn‘t understand your question but you can definetively read and write encrypted files with Boxcryptor app on iOS. I do this all the time! That said, naturally iOS will only be able to read and display filetypes which are known to iOS.
