I am running version 2.38.1090 and mac os 10.15.7. I had encrypted a few folders back in 2017 and have not accessed in quite some time. I have the bckey and the password for the key. I used the local account option and dropped the bckey. When I try to open the file it opens in the Boxcryptor mounted drive but it appears locked. If I right click on boxcryptor>manage permissions it shows User & groups: The resource was not found and at the bottom is say You don't have access to this item. What am I doing wrong?
