Have an existing account. Laptops changed, but when downloading/installing onto new machine (Windows 10-20H2) Boxcryptor seems to install, but am unable to sign in to my existing account and I am only offered a Local Account option. Help please.
If you have a FREE account, then please check how many devices you already have (a max. of two is allowed).
If necessary, sign in into your account and remove the device which is not needed any more, then try again.
