I'm sorry, but we do not yet offer multi-select actions on macOS. As a workaround, you could move the selected objects to a dedicated folder and then enable file name encryption for this folder. Boxcryptor will then recursively apply file name encryption to all objects in this folder. When the operation finished, you can move the objects back to their original location.
