Hello,
I cannot see the content of an encrypted folder in Windows Explorer.
OneDrive has synced a folder that I had encrypted with Boxcryptor.
The folder contains files and other folders. Some of those folders also have an encrypted name, because I used to have the paid version of Boxcryptor,
Unfortunately, when I open the folder via the Boxcryptor Drive, the folder is empty.
Here is an screenshot of the foldert. This is how it looks if I open the Folder via Windows Explorer - One Drive:
And this is how it looks if I open the folder via the Boxcryptor Drive in Windows Explorer.
The folder is empty!
Does anyone know how I can solve this problem?
