Safe-kept Boxcryptor password not working

I used to use Boxcryptor around 2016, there is a folder I see has the .bc files inside along the FolderKey.bch flag file; but then I just downloaded the latest installer (after not using the app for 5 years) and it's not taking my password.

I already tried logging in from the web, and from the regular desktop app for the same result, getting an email saying that someone had tried accessing.
Now, the password I am using should be the correct one since I've been using a password database for a very long time and that entry hasn't been modified. Could it be that I need to use the app installer file from 2016? I think not since the webpage should have allowed me to log in without issues.

I am sorry for the inconvenience. As you receive the mails, you are using the correct account, that's good. However, you are using the wrong password, simple as that.
Send us a quick message to support@boxcryptor.com and we will take a look into your account. We can not help you with the password (we are a zero-knowledge service) but we can check if you changed your password.
