Hi All, I hope this is a trivial issue and something that can be addressed by Boxcryptor easily.
I use Windows 10 OS and Boxcryptor and keep both updated on a regular basis.
I've upgraded my personal, web not local, Boxcryptor account to the Company Product Trial for 7 days and the trial has just expired. I couldn't work on the project at this point and had to put it on hold for now.
After the trial ended, I can't launch Boxcyptor or login to the website, I've lost access to my encrypted data.
I took a look at the login web request in dev tools and it looks like my account is still associated with the company trial. The error states that my account is not associated with a subscription.
Is there a way to downgrade or revert back to a personal account and regain access to my encrypted data and the website so I can manage my account?
