I used Boxcryptor long time with local account on my PC and iPhone. I tried tow change no to an online account. I used the account convert function in the windows app and created an online account (uploaded the key with password). But when I login on iphone or PC now, I have no access to the encrypted files in my cloud (google drive), only to the non-encrypted files. Same effect on PC and iPhone. When I switch back to local account it works again. I tried twice but same effect happend again.
Any idea what I did wrong?
