maybe someone around here can help me. I am using Boxcryptor with Google Drive and have problems using my files ever since. I can't tell exactly where it started but in conclusion it never really worked smooth. Right now, I always get "Access denied" errors when trying to decrypt my files. I am using the same account since years. The only thing I changed some time ago was my E-Mail address so it matches with the E-Mail adress of the Google Drive account. I understood that this was necessary to use Google Drive and Boxcryptor in combination regarding access authorizations. When I did this, the files were already encrypted on Google Drive. Sometimes access was possible but most of the time I was struggling. Right now, nothing is working.
- I tried using a local account with exported key but it did not work. I am getting the same error.
- I can't change the granted authorizations because all buttons are greyed out.
Is there any option to retrieve my files? Any help would be appreciated.
