I'm new to Boxcryptor and having some issues. When I attach files to an email or something, it has the .bc extension and then the other people can't open it. Please advise, thanks.
chrisburns2 If you attach a .bc file (which is the encrypted file) to an email, no one will be able to open the file (makes sense). Dragging out or adding a file (as an attachment) from the Boxcryptor drive will give you an UNENCRYPTED copy of that file, and the recipient can read it.
