MacOS Monterey Intel - Slow Perfomance

Hi everyone,

since I have updated the OS on my Intel Macbook Pro to MacOS 12 Monterey I am experiencing a very slow performance of Boxcryptor. Files take a long time to open and save.
Also the update to MacOS 12.1 did not help.

Do you know the problem? Is there a way to fix this?

Do you have any antivirus/security software running?
If so, please disable it and/or set an exception rule, so the Boxcryptor drive isn't real-time scanned.
