For interchangeability reasons I have some external hard drives formatted as NTFS. On MacOS I use Tuxera to access those drives. Encrypted read and write access with Boxcryptor is incredible slow and unusable, sometimes even finder freezes. Same happens with Paragon NTFS and with both Intel and M1 MacBooks. Unencrypted access to this NTFS drive without Boxcryptor is fast, it seems to be that one combination of Boxcryptor and NTFS on Mac.
It’s probably a little niche, but maybe someone else experienced the same issue? Maybe there is a solution or a workaround? Thanks
