That is the very page I followed. I re-sent the e-mail yesterday, but again got no auto responder with a ticket no. Looks like your mail server does not like my mail server 🙁
I did not receive any error message, though.
The interesting parts in the log file seem to be:
InstallCBFSConnect_CA: Call CBFSConnect::Install(C:\Program Files (x86)\Boxcryptor\cbfsconnect.cab, {B0031874-3D4F-4F60-8171-49DE03D3E003}, C:\WINDOWS\system32, TRUE, CBFSCONNECT_MODULE_DRIVER | CBFSCONNECT_MODULE_MOUNT_NOTIFIER_DLL | CBFSCONNECT_MODULE_NET_REDIRECTOR_DLL, out)

I can send you the full log file by direct message, if that helps.
At this point, this is not a matter of urgency to me. Upon syncing my Dropbox with the new computer, I found (much to my dismay) that none of the files in my Boxcryptor vault was encrypted anymore. I could easily access all files without having Boxcryptor installed.
I will still be happy to assist in whatever way I can to fix the issue, though. Let me know if you need anything else from me.
Thanks!
