Due to a problem in our ticket system (Zendesk), numerous tickets were incorrectly recognized as SPAM in the past weeks.
The following tickets may be affected:
If you have sent an email before 2022/01/07 and haven't received any answer yet, we kindly ask you to re-send us your inquiry, since it may have been deleted by the malfunctioning SPAM filter. We were able to restore emails sent after 2022/01/07 and which were incorrectly recognized as SPAM.
Due to the high number of queued tickets, it can take some time until we are able to process your individual ticket. We're doing our best to answer as soon as possible.
