Failed to Mount Drive 'X'

Drive 'X' disappeared from my Windows 10 PC directory. I uninstalled Boxcryptor Free and then reinstalled it, but each time on startup I get the message window of Failed to Mount Drive 'X'. I have tried all things I can think of including searching Google and this community, but nothing works to correct the problem. Can anyone help me?

Windows: Windows 10 Home Build: 19042.1466
Boxcryptor Free: Boxcryptor_v2.49.1965

I have solved my 'X' drive problem. It appears that deleting Boxcryptor for Windows 10 does not remove entries from the Windows 10 Registry. Since older registry entries remain, the re-installation of Boxcryptor is incomplete and therefore does not install the virtual drive function. I found that using the Windows 10 Registry Editor (regedit) and removing as many entries as possible referencing 'Secomba' and then restarting Windows 10 followed by installing Boxcryptor solved the problem.
