I submitted several tickets last Wednesday, and after I posted the message yesterday, someone finally responded. They informed me that during these "transitional times," there is no way for me to change my account. My only solution is to cancel the entire account and signup again with the correct number of users. Here is my question: will this put me at risk of being locked out of my encrypted files? That would be a nightmare scenario that I'd like to avoid if possible.
