I just tried to access my boxcryptor. I can log in on the web but it says 'Your account is locked and cannot be used.' I do not understand what's happening and worried I lost my data. What happened?
Hi kickbert, you need to export your keys as described here: https://support.boxcryptor.com/en/help/boxcryptor-account/windows/#export-your-keys/ you can then switch to a "local account" in boxcryptor and use your exported key file and your password to access your data.
You should got multiple emails on this topic, already. Boxcryptor was sold to Dropbox and you should now immediately export your keys. @kickbert
