Local account… password error?

Hi Everyone,

When Boxcryptor sold to Dropbox, I migrated to Cryptomator and it’s been working fine.
But I need to access a few more of my old files that are encrypted by Boxcryptor.

I am running Boxcryptor 2.47.1885 on Mac Ventura 13.1.

I click the “…”, select local account, drop the .bckey file there, enter my Boxcryptor.com password, and then it gives me what I think is an error code: “3840”.

Anybody else know what to do here? I’m stuck and it’d be good to get those few other old files decrypted.

It is the Boxcryptor.com password that it’s asking for, right?

I figured it out…
If it helps anybody in the future: I was using an old .bckey from 2017. I just went to boxcryptor.com and re-exported the key and put it in and it worked.
