Help needed: any luck with decrypting my old folders.

I just realized that several folders of mine haven't been decrypted. I didn't export the keys... I am wondering if there is any luck with decrypting the folders (my account was terminated..). Thank you so much for your help!

I have same issue but have my exported key. How to use local?
When sending the key to the boxcryptor app it says login required and account locked
Please any helpful response is appreciated.
