I paid for your service on November 29 and received a transaction receipt. Despite the payment, I am still flagged as a free user!!!! I tried to contact your customer service but to no effect. Since your customer service takes many days to reply to the queries of the non-members, as opposed to the members who are eligible for your immediate response, I do not know where I stand and when I can expect your reply. I expected your quick response since I paid for your service but never heard back.
It's a shame that an online service like yours, which claims to provide secure encryption and thrives on customers' TRUST and confidence, behaves so irresponsibly. Do you think that customers will trust their 'holy grail' data into your hands after such incidents?
