This account is locked

Today Boxcrytor in Windows 10 ask me to signin for my Boxcrytor username, And the the Boxcrytor return a red box at the top saying:
"This account is locked."
My username/email address is to a mailservice that is closed. The service was stopped.

I have used Boxcrytor many year.

I can add that my Boccryptor X: drive is disappear. My data is encrypted at Dropbox and other with bc filename extention and when I click on the bc file Boxcrytor start up and ask me top login/sign in. I normally not sign in. The Boxcrytor app is updated today but my account is still locked. I can not work...

You can still sign in via www.boxcryptor.com/app and export your key file.
