Philipp I did that and exported the file key. But how do I decrypt the files? My accountwas locked just 4 days ago.
I created a Local ccount and linked to Dropbox, where one folder (with several sub-folders) called "secure" is located. But the files with the .bc extension are still encrypted.
I submitted a support request but no one has responded.
