I have already searched the forum regarding error messages after empty folders and I don't think I have found anything similar yet.

I use Boxcryptor with OneDrive between my Windows and my Androird smartphone. I recently switched from Dropbox to OneDrive and everything ran smoothly for a while.
My current problem is a folder which, only on the Boxcryptor drive on the Windows computer, appears empty. On the smartphone everything is visible and decrypted.

My OneDrive contains several folders. Two folders contain encrypted folders and files. The first folder is displayed on the smartphone and computer without any problems and decrypted. The other folder only appears empty in the Boxcryptor drive on the Windows computer. On OneDrive, the encrypted data can be seen encrypted both online, on the computer and on the smartphone.

Checked/tried so far:

renamed folder: No change
folder (with encrypted files) newly inserted in the Boxcryptor path: error message "Verzeichnisname ist ungültig. (Ausnahme von HRESULT: 0x8007010B)"
logging on to the Boxcryptor client again: no change.

I would be very grateful for a tip on how to correct the error.

ich habe das Forum bezüglich Fehlermeldungen nach leeren Ordnern bereits durchsucht und bin der Meinung noch nichts vergleichbares gefunden zu haben.

Ich nutze Boxcryptor mit OneDrive zwischen meinem Windows und meinem Androird Smartphone. Ich bin vor korzem von Dropbox zu OneDrive gewechselt und eine Zeit lang lief alles Reibungslos.
Mein Problem aktuell ist ein Ordner welcher, nur auf dem Boxcryptor Laufwerk auf dem Windowsrechner, leer angezeigt wird. Auf dem Smartphone ist alles sichtbar und entschlüsselt.

Mein OneDrive enthällt mehrere Ordner. Zwei Ordner beinhalten verschlüsselte Ordner und Dateien. Der erste Ordner wird auf dem Smartphone und Rechner problemlos und entschlüsselt angezeigt. Der andere Ordner wird nur im Boxcryptor Laufwerk auf dem Windowsrechner leer angezeigt. Auf OneDrive sind die verschlüsselten Daten sowohl online, auf dem Rechner und auf dem Smartphone verschlüsselt zu sehen.

Bisher überprüft/ausprobiert:

Ordner umbenannt: Keine Änderung
Ordner (mit verschlüsselten Datein) neu eingefügt im Boxcryptorpfad: Fehlermeldung "Verzeichnisname ist ungültig. (Ausnahme von HRESULT: 0x8007010B)"
Erneutes anmelden am Boxcryptor Client: Keine Änderung

Über einen Tipp der Fehlerbehung wäre ich sehr Dankbar.
